Went with the goal to lose a little weight and learn some self defense. Ended up losing weight, becoming hooked and making great friends. Very comfortable atmosphere and very friendly. Highly Recommend.

Mr. B and Tonya do just that, they make it so you want to go to class. They encourage you to try your hardest, do your best and keep you accountable. There are always modifications available for any exercise, so this is great for any fitness level. Corey is one of the best trainers I have ever had. A wealth of knowledge, positive attitude and the ability to scale up or down the training to accommodate each person. It doesn't matter if you have never thrown a punch or a MMA Master, Mr. Buzzell will keep you coming back for more. I am excited to train with him again, and will be driving over an hour (passing other gyms) to train there.
